Most living trusts are designed to protect your estate from expensive probate court administration at death and to legally avoid taxes. These are great goals, but almost all the plans we review are inadequately completed, which means that probate will still be required, and that additional tax planning will be required.

But even more alarming is that most estate plans do not properly address disability, remarriage of a surviving spouse (which could disinherit the children from the first marriage), or protection from creditors and lawsuits, as well as many other issues that could waste what you worked so hard all your life to earn.

The goal of this workshop is to make you aware of these risks; and more importantly to show you how to plan and protect your wealth, so that you can leave your family a meaningful legacy.
